How we work

## A structured instructional design cycle

Every project follows the same six phases — adapted in scope and pace to each mandate, but never shortcutting the rigour that makes materials last.

### Needs analysis

We open every project with a Skills Assessment Study: mapping learner profiles, existing digital infrastructure, institutional constraints, and strategic objectives. This baseline shapes every subsequent decision.

### Curriculum architecture

Based on the needs analysis, we define measurable learning outcomes, sequence modules into a coherent progression, and design the assessment strategy — ensuring alignment from first lesson to final evaluation.

### Content development

We produce the full suite of training materials: facilitator manuals, participant handbooks, slide decks, exercises, handouts, and grading rubrics. All resources are designed for accessibility and reuse.

### Review & revision

Draft materials are submitted to institutional partners (CSI Cyprus and project stakeholders) for review. We integrate feedback, run accessibility checks, and adjust for linguistic and cultural fit before validation.

### Training of Trainers

Validated materials are delivered through structured ToT sessions. Trainers develop facilitation skills, learn to adapt content to new audiences, and practice assessment. Each session ends with a transfer-readiness evaluation.

### Consolidation

We deliver the final, validated material package alongside clear rollout recommendations: scheduling guidance, replication protocols, and monitoring indicators — so institutions can scale independently.
